We stand by the Quality of your Products. Our Guarantee last 30 Days, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

 

Shipping Delays:

Unfortunately, we can't give any refunds due to shipping delays as there can be many reasons out of our control

Damages:

If there is any damaged/faulty product with your AMOREMI order, we gladly send you a new one or give you a full refund less shipping.

 

Personalized Products:

Unfortunately, we cannot take back personalized items as they are only made for you. We hope you understand that. 

 

Correct Order Information:

Please double-check your address details, as we are not responsible if a wrong address is given and the item gets lost. 

If you provide a wrong shipping address, we will need to charge you 15 USD to redeliver the package. 

 

Order Cancellation:

For Cancellation request: please email info@amoremi.co

For Custom Necklaces we give you 24 hours to cancel your order in case you have changed your mind, after that the process of producing your necklace has already gone so far that we cannot cancel the order anymore. All we can offer at this point is a partial refund deducting a 15 USD cancellation fee as the product is especially created for you.

Oxidation and Discoloration

Unfortunetley, oxidation, and discoloration highly depend on how you treat your Jewelry Piece and what it gets in contact with. We do not offer a refund or return in case of oxidation and discoloration.

Extra fees:

Customer is responsible for any extra fee for customs or taxes, that may occur for your specific country. Usually for most countries we ship to there will be no extra costs involved.
