If there is any damaged/faulty product with your AMOREMI order, we gladly send you a new one or give you a full refund less shipping.

Please double-check your address details, as we are not responsible if a wrong address is given and the item gets lost.
If you provide a wrong shipping address, we will need to charge you 15 USD to redeliver the package.

For Custom Necklaces we give you 24 hours to cancel your order in case you have changed your mind, after that the process of producing your necklace has already gone so far that we cannot cancel the order anymore. All we can offer at this point is a partial refund deducting a 15 USD cancellation fee as the product is especially created for you.
