In general we offer to cover the Shipping cost for you.
For a small fee, we offer a care free insurance package so all cases are covered.
FedEx Express Shipping - 3-6 Business Days: Flat fee of 22USD
When will I receive my tracking Information?
After you made your order we will process everything and get your package shipped ASAP. (5-7 Business Days for personalized items) Once your order is on the way to you, you will receive an Email with the Tracking Information
Correct Order Information:
Please double check your address details, as we are not responsible if a wrong address is given and the item gets lost.
Please make sure you include all details (like Apartmen/Flat Nr. etc) which is needed for delivery, otherwise the delivery company might not be able to deliver which may lead to loss of the package.
If you provide a wrong shipping address, we will need to charge you 15 USD to redeliver the package.
Are there any Custom Duties / extra Fees?
Usually with our packages there are no extra costs involved for most of the countries we ship to, but that's different to every country. For any extra fees that will occur you as a customer are responsible yourself.
Because our products are personalised and handmade for each customer individually, it can happen that it does not meet 100% desired quality. Therefore it can happen, that we need to start over and make a new one in some cases (~1% of orders)
This will add a few more days to the given production time.
